With the amendments to the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations in 1994, placing new duties on Landlords and managing agents for annual inspection and testing of gas installations. Again a new service was required to provide the local landlords and managing agents with annual gas safety inspections. Soon this area became a key part of the company's services. We have now become a major player in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Lancashire.
The Gas Safety Regulations were introduced by the Government in an attempt to combat the increasing number of gas safety related incidents. These regulations place new duties on Landlords and Managing Agents for the annual inspection and testing of gas installations and appliances to take place by fully trained, registered and approved operatives.
