Landlords-Gas safety inspection The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations were introduced by the Government in an attempt to combat the increasing number of gas safety related incidents. These regulations place new duties on Landlords and Managing Agents for the annual inspection and testing of gas installations and appliances to take place by fully trained, registered and approved operatives.
